14-Day Cooling Off Period You have a 14-day cooling-off period to return your item(s) purchased online. After this period, items will be subject to a 20% restocking charge, up to 28 days from the point of delivery.

Applicability This refund policy applies exclusively to items purchased online from our website at Tomulescu Interiors.

Refund Requirements For a successful refund, the following criteria must be met:

• The product is defective.
• The product is not as described.
• The product must be unused.
• The product must not be damaged

To ensure that the criteria are met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Restocking Fee A restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price applies to products purchased online directly from our website at Tomulescu Interiors and returned after the 14-day return policy. This fee is based on the condition of the item. Restocking fees are not applied when a product is returned due to a defect.

Proof of Purchase To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase.

Sale and Clearance Items Please be aware that only regular-priced items are eligible for return. Sale or clearance items, unfortunately, cannot be returned.
