DELIVERY INFORMATION
Delivery Information
We provide delivery services across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland for all products available for in-store and online purchase.
For orders intended for delivery in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland), please contact info@tomulescuinteriors.ie.
STANDARD DELIVERY
Our deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm, utilizing our own vans and third-party couriers. Dispatch from our warehouse occurs within 2–4 working days post-order placement, subject to stock availability. Expect to receive your items within the next 7–10 working days. Kindly note that deliveries are not executed on weekends or bank holidays.
Upon delivery to the specified address, a digital signature is required. In the event of a missed delivery, until signed for, goods remain the property of Tomulescu Interiors.
OUTDOOR DELIVERY
Please be aware that all outdoor deliveries are kerbside. Our drivers are not insured to manually carry heavy goods into private properties. Kerbside deliveries, arriving on a pallet, will be handled by a third-party courier and deposited at the nearest accessible location.

- Delivery dates and times are estimates. Unforeseen circumstances, such as national emergencies, weather, stock outages, stoppages, etc., may impact delivery times and dates.
- This service is subject to withdrawal at any stage without prior notice.

We advise customers to check the package contents immediately upon arrival. If any items are damaged during delivery, notify us and the delivery agent upon opening the package. Retain all packaging materials.
Items should be checked upon delivery for any damage or missing items. If issues arise, contact our customer services team at info@tomulescuinteriors.ie within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
For insurance and health and safety reasons, our delivery partners are unable to carry materials into your property. Given the likely inclusion of heavy items in your delivery, it’s advisable to have assistance for loading into your house.
CLICK & COLLECT
Opt for our convenient “Pick up” option during checkout to collect your order from our store, saving on additional delivery charges.
If you choose “Pick up,” we will notify you when your order is ready for collection at Tomulescu Interiors in Kiltale, Batterjohn, Co. Meath, Ireland.
All orders are available for collection from our warehouse between 9 am – 5 pm Monday – Friday and 9am to 3pm Saturday (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays).
