Alina is on hand in  the shop  to suggest tiling & sanitary ware options & she is very knowledgeable & helpful.   Mihail is there to oversee the whole process.  
When I decided to go with Royal Bathrooms, Igor & another Alex came to do the work. They were very pleasant lads, unobtrusive, hardworking, and very clean.
